01 Exchange & Return Window
– Exchange and Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment, and the item must be in its original condition with the size tag attached.
– Requests submitted after the allowed period will not be accepted.
– Only one request is allowed per order, either a return or an exchange.
– Return and exchange together are only allowed if the order contains more than one item.
02 Order Confirmation
– Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation message via WhatsApp to confirm order details.
03 Shipping Fees
– Returns are subject to shipping fees for both directions, ranging from 160 EGP to 180 EGP, even during free shipping offers.
– Any extra shipping fees related to the return or exchange process are the customer's responsibility.
– If the order is refused during delivery while the courier is present, an 80 EGP fee will apply.
04 Non-Returnable Items
– Items that are damaged, used, or missing the original size tag cannot be returned or exchanged.
05 Refunds
– Refunds are sent through InstaPay or Vodafone Cash within 7 days after the returned item is received and checked.
06 Wrong or Defective Items
– If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we offer a free replacement within 7 days of delivery with no extra shipping charges.
